Return & Refund Policy

Hey Gal, we hope you’re in love with your new items from Katch Me! BUT if something ain’t quite right, it ain't quite right....

Lucky for you babe, we've got a super-easy hassle-free returns process!

1. Please contact our Customer Service via email(sales@katchme.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please following the instructions below for a refund according to your situation. UK RETURNS OR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. We will now take it from here. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. Once back in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP! Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and return label fees. If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.

Return Period

If you change your mind, you can return unwanted items to us within 14 days. 

If there is any fault with your item, please notify us within 3 Working days of receiving the item so we can investigate this.

If you fail to notify us regarding a faulty product within 72 hours of receiving the item, You will not be eligible for a refund.

But if the time is within 30 days, we can refund you the equivalent coupon and bind it to your Katchme account.

The return period starts from the day you receive all items in your order. All returns are subject to the conditions below.

Please note:
(1) Lucky Dip items, accessories, swimwear, lingerie and beauty items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Buy 2nd Get 3rd category, if the
product is not damaged, lost, stained, etc., Only 50% of the product value of the order can be refunded.

(2)The logistics provider returned the message that the delivery failed due to refuse to sign or customer returned the package to the local logistics. And now the package is at the carrier' facility.

Package are not redelivered over time may be destroyed locally. Please pay the freight for redelivery promptly.Thanks.
To emphasize that we do not offer refunds in this case.

(3) If you still want to return package, please don't return the package to our local logistics and please return to package to below address.


Return Conditions

Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for refund:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must not be marked with make-up, fake tan or body lotions etc.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Shoes have been tried on indoors and show no sign of wear.

Fill out the return form
Make sure you fill out the return form we sent with your order, as it contains important information for us to process the return.
You can download a copy of the return form if required after to contact our Customer Service. Your return will be delayed if the return form is not filled in.

You can create a KatchMe Return shipping label using the link after to contact our Customer Service. If you use our Returns labels, please be aware they are charged £2.50 per label but we got you girl as this is fully tracked can be cheaper than using Royal Mail yourself, the charge will be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that returns labels cannot be provided for International customers. You may instead choose to return via other courier of your choice at your cost.
Pack and Post    
Securely pack the items and place the return form inside the parcel. Stick the shipping label on the parcel and drop it off at any post office.

Securely pack the items and place the return form inside the parcel. Post the parcel with any courier of your choice.We are sorry that we cannot provide return shipping label for international orders.
