Our delivery cost and services are listed below, simply choose the service that best suits you.

1.Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping,
rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

2. We aim to get all orders before their cut off time sent out the same working day, and we do not process orders over the weekend, orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. 

3.KATCHME has international warehouses based in Asia and the UK. Your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse or location where stock is available, although the majority of stock is located in Asia so you may receive different packages for the same order and delivery time may be extended. 

4.The delivery time of pre-sale orders might be extended to within 1~2 weeks base on the normal shipping time.

* All Shoes are not enjoyed in free shipping.

*Warning: Affected by the market capacity and the large-scale cancellation of Chinese flights by the UK, it is expected that the overall time limit will be delayed by more than 1 week, and the specific recovery time is unknown. Further information will be notified in time.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by KatchMe. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

4. We will now take it from here. Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. Once back in our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and refunded ASAP! Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and return label fees. If your return is rejected, we will contact you by email to resolve the issue.

Exchanges Noties





1. Please contact our Customer Service via email(sales@katchme.com), indicating the item(s) you would like to exchange and the reason.

2. If the order has not been dispatched out or cannot be intercepted, we can exchange it. After a successful exchange, you will be notified by email.
